We include a background check authorization form with every application. In order to submit it to the Pickens County Sheriff Office, we will need a scanned copy of ONE of the following emailed to info@gsrecovery.org:
1) An official ID (driver’s license, state id, passport, etc.)
OR
2) Incarcerated individuals can request a copy of their current booking information through an open records request; this usually includes a picture of them as well.

Online Applications (complete these online):

– Application REQUIRING Immediate Payment for the Background Check Fee at time of submission. You can pay by Credit Card, Debit Card or Paypal.

– Application only – you may submit it, but it will not be processed until the Background Check fee is also sent in. You can pay by Zelle or Check.
